Aston University is ideally situated for many pay & display carparks in the local area. We can recommend Millennium Point, as their rates of £4.50 are very competitive for an inner city Carpark and they are only a 5 minute walk from our conference centres. We are also very close to 3 mainline train stations, with New Street Station only 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute cab journey away. Our website offers great directions from the station, including an interactive map.
Your bedroom will be available for check-in from 2pm on the day of arrival. For early arrivals, we are happy to store your luggage and provide access to your room as it becomes available.
On arrival you will be asked to complete a registration card. You will also be given a name badge which we would ask you to wear at all times during your visit.
Your bedroom offers everything you need to relax and unwind – or catch up on some work. Your en suite room is equipped with internet access, a direct dial telephone and ample desk space for paper work. An interactive television allows you to check your messages and set your wake up call.
Your bedroom is also equipped with a hairdryer and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. A selection of individual toiletries and emergency items can be purchased from reception.
Please note that bedrooms on site are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Please ensure you secure an onsite bedroom by booking early. Dependent on delegate numbers, late bookings may be allocated at an off-site hotel close by.
