We will send a bill to match your conference package and payment option within 4 weeks of submission. If you chose Credit Card payment, this will be processed at the same time as sending your bill. Please ensure payment is made within four weeks of receipt of the bill and no later than 5th April 2010.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch, Solo, Visa Electron, Delta, AMEX
Cheques must be made payable to Aston University for Conference payment. Please send your cheque to: Sue McNaught, Finance Administrator, Conference Aston, Birmingham, B4 7ET.
Please note on the reverse: AHUA 2010 and your first and surname.

Please ensure you use the following reference for your payment to allow us to match this with your booking: AHUA2010- followed by your unique reference number (this will be sent to you on your pro-forma invoice). All conference fees will be debited from your account and cheques cashed on receipt of your booking form and payment information. You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your payment. Should you incur any additional charges during your stay, please note that those have to be settled on departure. Cheques on departure for additional charges incurred during your stay will only be accepted with a valid cheque guarantee card. If you wish the conference fees to be paid for by your School/Organisation, the full address with contact name must be indicated on the booking form. We also require a purchase order to be attached to allow for invoicing prior to the event, pending satisfactory credit scores by Dun&Bradstreet.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations need to be communicated to us in writing and will be charged as below. The date of receipt of your communication will be considered the cut off date.
Cancellation prior to 22nd March 2010 No charge
Cancellation between 23rd March and 4th April 2010 50 % of conference package booked will be refunded
Cancellations on and after 5th April 2010 No refund will be available
