Once you have completed the booking form, we will contact you with an invoice and details on how you can make payment.
Conference fees are charged in advance of the conference, on receipt of your registration. You will receive a letter of confirmation including a receipt to inform you of the total charges taken and to confirm your Conference reference number.
To provide a speedy and seamless service, we recommend payment by credit card or internet banking. Invoice requests will not be accepted after 15th March 2010.
Cancellations need to be communicated to us in writing and will be charged as below. The date of receipt of your communication will be considered the cut off date.
Cancellation prior to 22nd March 2010 No charge
Cancellation between 23rd March and 4th April 2010 50 % of conference package booked will be refunded
Cancellations on and after 5th April 2010 No refund will be available
