The UK government does not provide universities with funding to teach students studying for a qualification that is equivalent to, or lower than a qualification they have already achieved.

you already have an undergraduate degree (from a UK or foreign institution) and want to enrol on another undergraduate degree.

you already have a postgraduate degree (from a UK or foreign institution) and want to enrol on an undergraduate degree.

you already have a Masters degree (from a UK or foreign institution) and wants to enrol on another Masters.
Fees
If you are an "Equivalent or Lower Qualification" (ELQ) student, you will be charged a higher fee by your University. At Aston, this fee for undergraduate programmes is £10,500 for the academic year 2012/13.
