Deferred entry

At Aston we recognise the advantages that some students can gain from a gap year, and our Admissions Tutors will be happy to discuss deferred entry with you.

If you want to apply to Aston but defer entry until October 2013, you should indicate this on your UCAS form. It is also recommended that you outline briefly on your personal statement your reason(s) for choosing deferred entry. You will usually be considered on the same basis as applicants for 2012 entry and receive correspondence from UCAS and Aston during the application timetable for 2012 entry.
