Your School of Study can arrange:

• To give you outline lecture notes or presentation materials in advance

• Individual examination and assessment arrangements (eg. a private room). This will be agreed in consultation with Disability & Additional Needs Unit)

• Additional support from your Personal Tutor

• Leave of absence when required for medical reasons, without financial or academic loss

The Disability & Additional Needs Unit can provide:

• Advice and support in your application for Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) or other funds

• Liaison with your department to arrange any extra support need

• Study support workers e.g. note-takers, mentors or study skills support

• An orientation of the campus when you arrive

• Access to counselling services

• Liaison with other services on your behalf
