Aston University is pleased to offer open day visitors, parents and teachers' conference delegates the opportunity to spend a night on campus during their visit to Aston University and to the city of Birmingham.
We appreciate that some prospective students might not be able to reach Birmingham in time for the start of our open days (they often start between 10.30am and 1pm and finish at around 3.30-4pm), or may want to avoid early starts/late returns and expensive peak train travel times. This is also a great chance to experience our green, self contained campus at other times of the day!
Aston Business School has a high quality conference centre on campus, 50 metres from the Main Building, within 200 metres of all other University facilities and 5 minutes walk from Birmingham city centre.
Special Open Days rates for prospective students, parents, teachers and careers advisers:
£70.50 Bed and Breakfast per room per night for a Classic room (inc. VAT)
£80.50 Bed and Breakfast per room per night for a Standard room (inc. VAT)

Classic Rooms have ¾ width beds, ensuite with shower, tea & coffee making facilities, direct dial phone, remote control TV, Hair dryer, Radio alarm clock and a work/desk area.
Standard Rooms have double beds, ensuite with bath & shower, tea & coffee making facilities, direct dial phone, remote control TV, Hair dryer, Radio alarm clock and a desk/work area.
All rooms are non-smoking and rates include full English breakfast served in the conference centre restaurant.
Aston Business School conference centre has a bar and restaurant, car parking on campus, access to the Aston University sports centre, gym and swimming pool and is equivalent to a 3 star hotel. The Business School underwent a £20 million extension and refurbishment, completed in 2006.

Rooms and rates are subject to availability. We regret that are not able to accommodate visitors in our campus student residences as all these rooms are occupied by our students.
