English for Medical Professionals

This interactive, specialist course is for medical students and practising doctors and nurses who already have a lower intermediate to intermediate knowledge of English. If you aim to improve your English language skills and increase your confidence when communicating with English speaking colleagues, patients and their families this condensed three-week course is suitable for you.

The programme is based on spoken and written medical texts and covers a range of topics and skills which will be tailored according to the individual needs:

You will practise health care related vocabulary through role-play, video materials, speaking, listening, reading and writing.

In the mornings you will be attending General English refresher sessions (intermediate to advanced) which will further help you with the specialist module.
