Located in the centre of campus, our High-Rise accommodation is in Stafford Tower with twenty floors, with excellent views of Birmingham city centre and the campus.

In this social hub of the campus, students have their own single study bedrooms (with its own washbasin) in one of two flats per floor (each with nine rooms); sharing a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with toilets, showers and washbasins.

Accommodation in Stafford Tower is supported by 24-hour services. Internet access is available via an external Internet service provider, (price available on arrival) and rent includes central heating, electricity and water costs. Rent is paid in three instalments over the Residential Year with rooms £78.00 per week (2012/13).
