There are four types of accommodation available from new en-suite five or seven bedroom units in our new build residences to Lakeside en-suite and standard accommodation in Stafford Tower.

Our safe, secure accommodation has plenty of benefits with prices from just £78.00 per week (2012/13), including all utility costs and communal cleaning charges, so budgeting is easy.

New residences en-suite

This new student accommodation is unrivalled in quality,
environmental performance, and style. The 1st phase was
completed in late 2010 with 1400 of 2309 units available now.

The accommodation consists of en-suite units with shared
kitchen facilities, setting new standards and enabling students to enjoy the best in city centre, on campus living, complementing the vision of one of the UK's top ranking universities.

Lakeside en-suite

There are 647 rooms in Lakeside. If privacy is important to you, Lakeside’s en-suite rooms provide it, with your own shower, toilet and wash basin. There are television points in each bedroom. Students share kitchen facilities.

Standard rooms in Stafford Tower

355 High-rise standard rooms with washbasins are available in Stafford Tower. Flats are shared between nine students who share kitchen and bathroom facilities.

There are a number of rooms adapted on campus for students with special needs and these are situated in Lakeside and the New Residences.
