The Director of Residential Services and the Accommodation Officer, have overall responsibility
for the day to day running of the residence buildings on campus.

A Residence Officer is based at each of the Residences and is available Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm to deal with accommodation, maintenance, general issues
relating to residences and offer advice on other support services available at Aston.
Porters are currently available at Lakeside Reception during the hours of 7.00am to 10.00pm Monday to Saturday and
8.00am to 6.00pm Sunday.
