As a student, you automatically become a member of the Students’Guild , (our Students’ Union) the centre for students’ social lives; entertainment, facilities and a whole lot more.  It not only houses the majority of the social life that takes place on campus but also a wide range of services, societies and clubs that students need.

Run by students for students, the Guild offers you the opportunity to focus your extra energy on organising and running clubs, societies, services and events, as well as enjoying them. With a diverse range of outlets ranging from a copy shop to a hairdresser, the Guild complex offers you a one-stop shopping centre on your doorstep.

Additionally, the Guild can offer you a number of bars and catering outlets for you to spend your free evenings with your friends, alternatively you can enjoy an extensive programme of entertainment that includes live bands, comedy nights and club nights.

So whether it’s a coffee or a beer and a game of pool, shopping or live music, the Guild has it covered!
