Correspondence address in the UK

Give your family and friends the full and correct postal address of either your University accommodation or the Academic School in which you are studying. If you have been allocated a room in University Residences, your new address will be on the accommodation offer letter sent to you.

Being met on arrival

The University offers a free Meet and Greet Service from Birmingham International Airport.

Accommodation

By the time you leave for Aston you should have submitted an accommodation application form and have received an offer from the Accommodation Office. You need to accept the offer and pay the deposit of £200.00 by the deadline stated on the offer letter. This guarantees that your University accommodation is available when you arrive.

Accepting the accommodation offer enters you into a legally binding contract that commits you to the Conditions of Residence and the Licence, which includes your obligation to pay accommodation fees for the FULL Licence period.
If you do not Accept the offer and make the deposit payment by the date stated on your offer of accommodation,
