As soon as your offer converts to Unconditional Firm (New Students) and you have submitted your application form by the relevant deadline, or as a current student your application is successful, an offer of accommodation will be sent to the email address you provided. (If you submitted a hard copy form the offer will be sent to the address you indicated on the form).
REMEMBER:
You only have seven days to accept the offer and pay the accommodation deposit of £200.00 via the on-line accommodation booking system. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PRESS THE ACCEPT BUTTON to confirm your acceptance of the booking once you have read the "Conditions of Residence and Licence". If you forget, please still apply but you are putting yourself at a disadvantage.
REMEMBER:
Once you move into the accommodation, you have accepted the "Conditions of Residence and Licence" and you will only be released from your Licence in accordance with its conditions. You must consider whether campus accommodation is your best option and calculate your budget for the whole year.
