Conditions of Residence and Licence

The Conditions of Residence also known as ‘The Licence” is an important document which you must read. By accepting an offer of a place in the Halls of Residence, you, as a student, and the University become legally bound to comply with the Licence and the Conditions of Residence.

This booklet, "Conditions of Residence and Licence"’ also contains the emergency procedures. This booklet must be read before you accept an offer of accommodation on campus. This document will help ensure your safety and well being. Once you accept the offer you enter into a legal contract with the University and you will be liable for the rent for the full residential period (in accordance with the Conditions of Residence and Licence)
