Our attractive, safe campus and friendly students make living in our University residences a very sociable and enjoyable experience. Living on campus offers every student a range of living options to suit every requirement and pocket, in a unique and green environment in the heart of Birmingham's city centre.

All Aston University accommodation is self-catering, with individual study bedrooms, a shared kitchen, communal areas and bathroom facilities. Stafford Tower, located in the centre of campus, is our high-rise accommodation, surrounded by landscaped gardens with the lake nearby and excellent views of Birmingham city centre. In Lakeside (647 rooms) all rooms have en-suite facilities, if privacy space and comfort are a priority.

Aston University prides itself on providing a truly safe, secure on-campus living experience. We strive to reduce the fear of crime along with protecting student and University assets, safeguarding personal property and individuals.

Living on campus includes all utility costs and communal cleaning charges, so budgeting is easy. Both single sex and mixed sex accommodation is available and we have a number of rooms adapted for special needs. Eating is easy with a choice of venues on campus providing both takeaway facilities and a pleasant social environment; and our well-equipped and extensive sports facilities provide the opportunity to keep fit.

Guarantee Scheme. We have a Guarantee Scheme for First Year students who apply by the deadline and who put Aston as their first choice University (undergraduate and postgraduate), explained in our allocation policy http://www1.aston.ac.uk/study/accommodation/generalinfo/allocpolicy/

Delivering the Vision. Under development is a fantastic addition to campus life with the construction of 2400 all new study bedrooms with en-suite accommodation, comprising five and seven bedroom units, with ample study space and shared kitchen and communal areas.
