Aston Staff Volunteering

SIFA photo 1

All staff can take two days paid volunteering leave each year to participate in a wide range of voluntary opportunities in the local area. It's a great way to pursue an interest, learn new skills, have some fun and help our local community.  Comments from staff who have volunteered, can be found here.

New activities have been added to the staff volunteering portfolio.  Take a look at the ongoing opportunities for further information.  These include acting as guides with Action for Blind People, and providing reading and maths assistance at a local primary school.

Watch this space for new activities and challenges in conjunction with existing partners such as CSV and Birmingham City Council, but also St Basils, Age UK and British Waterways.
