Due to the current economic situation members of the Executive Team have decided not to take any personal salary increases this year. Instead, the money saved by the University will be put towards creating a number of Aston University Graduate Internships to allow Aston graduates to be employed by the University on specific projects for a period of 6 weeks over the summer and autumn at the rate of £250 per week. The internships will enable schools and departments to employ our graduates to achieve definite project outcomes, while the graduates will benefit from work experience which will help to build their CVs.
