I am a postgraduate student undertaking an Occupational Psychology MSc at the University of Nottingham. I am comparing the impacts (specifically general well-being, job satisfaction and job performance) of cyber-bullying and offline forms of bullying in the workplace, as well as investigating specific mediation effects under the supervision of Dr Ian Coyne.
Research has demonstrated numerous positive, as well as negative effects of email, internet and other technology use within organisations. However, little research has investigated cyber-bullying in the workplace, and as a result evidence of its impacts is limited.
