The Human Resources team is to launch a new Vacancy Management (web-based recruitment) System, offering an improved recruitment service to recruiters, panel members and applicants.
From 1 March 2011:

All vacancies will have online application forms which can be tailored to specific posts

Automatic acknowledgments will be sent

Applicants will be able to receive alerts to jobs that meet their criteria

Recruiters will be able to view applications as they are received

Short-listing will be carried out on-line and can be done remotely

Board papers will be distributed electronically

The recruitment process will become (almost) paper less.
Whether you are a recruiter or a potential applicant, if you would like a preview of the system, a 30 minute demonstration will be given at 1pm every day from 21 - 26 February in MB371.
