A business breakfast hosted by the ESRC EREBUS Capacity Building Cluster

Lakeside Conference Centre
Thursday 27 May from 7:30am

CASE and KTP awards are highly effective mechanisms for academics to conduct rigorous and relevant research by collaborating with non-academic institutions that can provide data, financial support, case studies and sources of new business and management challenges. If you successfully set up such an award the income counts as ‘research income’, there will be an amount of this income transferred into your PASA, you will have freedom to management the project and gain recognition for furthering ‘community engagement’ activities.

The EREBUS Capacity Building Cluster provides a fast-track route to this co-funding for academics if you are part of Aston, Warwick or Birmingham universities (www.erebus-cbc.com). If such research opportunities appeal to you then please come to a business breakfast to network with companies who are potentially interested in co-funding such awards and find out more about EREBUS and how these awards work.

The breakfast is free, hot food is served, but places are limited. To reserve your place please contact Jill Forrest: j.forrest1@aston.ac.uk
