Are you keen to help your department shine in our new competition? Interested in the environment?
Aston is launching the Aston Go Green Awards in the New Year to give our staff the opportunity to get involved with our efforts to improve environmental performance and awareness at our University.
As of Monday 4 January, you will have the chance to sign up on behalf of your department and you will receive a workbook to be completed with your team before the end of January. The workbook will help you to focus on some of the easy steps you can take to improve sustainability in your department, focusing on actions for energy saving, recycling, paper reduction, etc. This will then be graded and the departments will be ranked against each other – the perfect opportunity to see how you measure up and to get some recognition for your department!
