Feedback methods for support services

A reminder of the ways in which staff can offer feedback, raise issues, and offer suggestions for improvements: 

• Highlight issues with your line manager who will take them forward for you

• Email/speak to the Head of Department responsible for the area of concern

• Email/speak to the Executive Team member responsible for the area of concern

• Aston Innovation 100 – an opportunity for staff and students to email ideas in response to challenges set by the Executive

• Send an email to ask@aston.ac.uk and it will directed to the appropriate department for a response.

If you wish to gain feedback on your own service the Market Research Office can assist you in gaining feedback in the most appropriate way. If you wish to run a survey please contact the Market Research Office who can offer advice and guidance with any such surveys and ensure that surveys being distributed within the University are appropriate and meaningful and timed correctly.
