Please be advised that a space utilisation survey of all pooled teaching areas, computer labs, departmental teaching rooms and meeting rooms will be conducted commencing Monday 12 October until Friday 16 October 2009.
A second survey will take place Monday 9 November until 13 November 2009.
Surveyors may need to briefly enter the room once every hour to complete the assessment. It will not be necessary to cease operations within the room for this process to take place.
To avoid unnecessary disturbance please ensure that any object obstructing vision through the window is temporarily removed.
Please direct any queries to Estates and Facilities rather than the surveyor.
