In order to provide a more accessible and responsive service, HR is piloting a dedicated confidential hotline.
The objective of this initiative is that there will be one port of call for questions and queries, with a correspondingly swift response time from us. We will log all queries, ensure that the most appropriate person within HR receives the query, and respond the next working day. If it is not possible to provide a detailed response by the next working day, we will let the individual know the timescale within which we will respond.
