  • OAIster is a catalog of digital resources that provide access to digital resources by 'harvesting' their descriptive metadata (records) using OAI-PMH (the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting).
  • ROAR (Registry of Open Access Repositories) promotes open access to the research literature through institutional archives. This registry monitors overall growth in the number of ePrint archives and maintain a list of ePrints sites (the software used by AURA).
  • OpenDOAR  (Directory of Open Access Repositories) is an authoritative directory of academic open access repositories. It presents the list of worldwide repositories.
  • Intute searches across UK academic eprints repositories allowing advanced search and innovative access to the information, such as personalised alerts.
  • EThOS (Electronic Theses Online Service) is a British Library service to access theses produced by UK Higher Education.
