How to make a complaint about the conduct of a member of staff

If you wish to make a complaint about the conduct of a member of staff you should firstly discuss the matter with your Personal Tutor (who may be able to resolve the matter informally) and/or the Advice & Representation Centre in the Students' Guild by phone 0121 204 4848 or email . 

If you then wish to pursue the matter formally you should contact Ms Adèle MacKinlay, the Director of Human Resources (on extension 4566 or click here to e-mail Adèle). Adèle will arrange for your complaint to be investigated and any appropriate, subsequent action to be taken.
