The fitness staff can provide you with a personal programme to guide your gym workout. It will take into account your current level of fitness, what you want to achieve from your exercise regime and what are your likes and dislikes in type of exercise.
It won’t necessarily be entirely gym-based. This will take approximately one hour. An update of your initial programme costs £20.
If you want some one-to-one instruction in the gym you can hire your very own personal trainer for however many sessions you want. If you are just starting off in the gym for the first time you may find it useful to have one or two personal training sessions following your induction to reinforce your knowledge of using the equipment. However, there will be qualified instructors available during the week to advise if you have a query.
