The Sport Aston Gym at Aston University Birmingham is in the Sir Doug Ellis Woodcock Sports Centre. The gym is open to staff students and the public. Our 100+ station facility boasts state of the art 'Life Fitness' equipment with cardiovascular equipment, fixed weight resistance machines and free weights. We are ready to help you improve your fitness, build your strength or lose a little weight.

Sport Aston also offers a separate gym with ladies only times.

Sport Aston gym memberships are excellent value and are available to students, staff and the community. Come in and talk to one of our staff and have a look around our unique facilities.
