MAP - My Aston Portal

My Aston Portal is a web based system which is a single point of contact for many of the University services you use as a student. 

On MAP you can access your personalised teaching timetables, module lists, finance and accommodation information. You can also use MAP to  keep the University up to date with with your current addresses and personal details.

Log in before you arrive, or during your first week

If you have firmly accepted an unconditional place at Aston, you will be e-mailed your University network account login details from 1st September. The e-mail will also include details of how to access MAP - you'll need to log in to update your personal details and check we have all the correct information for you. Once you have completed this initial stage of enrolment you will get fuller access to MAP and be able to perform other tasks, such as uploading a photograph for your ID card and registering with the library.
