Elisabeth joined the School of Languages and Social Sciences at Aston University as Austrian Lektorin (sent by the ÖK- Austrian Academic Exchange Organisation) from September 2007 to August 2011 and has been working as a sessional German tutor since October 2011.

Qualifications

  • Current:PhD candidate at Aston University (Title of project: CLIL in UK Higher Education – Content and Language Integrated Learning in Modern Language Teaching, based on a case study in German at Aston University)

  • Magister in Translation Studies at the University of Graz, Austria

  • Postgraduate certificate “Teaching of German as a Foreign Language” at the University of Graz, Austria
