Place of birth: Birmingham. Jennie started working at Aston in 1999. For 2 years she worked in the School of Engineering on a temporary basis before moving to the School of Languages & Social Sciences in 2001. She works mainly for the English Academic Subject Group and the Centre for English Language and Communication at Aston (CELCA).
