Britain and Europe: Securing the Economic Recovery

Aston Centre for Europe with the European Commission hosted a seminar on the European policy of the Conservative–Liberal Democrat coalition entitled: ‘Britain & Europe: Securing the Economic Recovery’ on Wednesday, 19 January 2011 from 2.30 to 6.30 pm.

The event started with a roundtable discussion chaired by Lord Kerr of Kinlochard at 2.30 pm.

After the roundtable, a keynote speech was given by Dr Adam Posen of the Bank of England’s Monetary Policy Committee entitled, ‘Decoupling and Divergent Recoveries in Europe’.
