The Aston Centre for Europe Blog is updated regularly with news, analysis, student news and event round ups from the Centre. We also welcome your comments! You can find the website by clicking here.

Here are some of the things we discussed recently on the ACE Blog:

Prof Simon Green has recently written about Tuition Fees and the Ongoing Challenge of Fiscal Consolidation in the UK, and immigration to Germany.  Dr Jelena Obradovic-Wochnik has provided an overview of 2010 developments in the Western Balkans, and reconcilliation in Serbia and Croatia.  Dr Nat Copsey has discussed David Cameron's EU budget 'victory', and Prof William Paterson discussed the politics of Angela Merkel, whilst Dr Ed Turner has written extensively on Germany and the housing policies in the UK.

Plus, we also have excellent guest posts by first year Politics student Horatio Georgestone on Universities and Tuition Fees, and from Luke John Davies, an MA student on Europe and International Relations course on his Youth in Action Trip to the Balkans. Our blog also features an impressive showcase of videos by Political Communication students.
