Welcome to the IAFL10 Conference 2011 conference package options; below you will find a choice of packages for you to choose from, whether you're a Student IAFL member, IAFL member or non-member. We have a variety of payment options available and the rates detailed below are per person and exclusive of VAT, they are also subject to Aston University's cancellation policy.

When you have submitted your booking form, we will contact you with an invoice and details for how you can make payment. By filling out the form below and selecting submit, you are agreeing to the Aston University and Conference Aston terms and conditions.

Once you have submitted your registration you will automatically be directed to the Hotel Services booking form.

How do you intend to pay for the conference?
For Credit Card and Cheque payment options, a member of the Conference Aston Event Management team will contact you shortly for details to process payment. 
 
Please note for Credit/Debit card payments, a £10 administration charge will apply. 
 
Payment will be requested at the current exchange rate for international visitors. 
 
American Express cards are not accepted.
Conference Package - Book Full Conference

Inclusive from the afternoon of Monday 11th to the lunchtime of Thursday 14th and excludes Conference Gala Dinner at Aston Villa Football Club on the evening of Wednesday 13th July 2011.

Conference Gala Dinner at Aston Villa Football Club
Conference Aston have undercover, onsite car parking available at £5.50 for 24 hours. If you would like to book a space, please select which days you require a space and we will add the charge to your total bill.

Student Session Opportunity
We are planning to hold a session for PG students, intended as an opportunity to share problems, challenges and successes and get advice and insights from experienced researchers in the field.
