The hotel and accommodation for the IAFL10 conference are located within the Lakeside Residences on the University Campus. All bedrooms are en-suite. Bedroom types and information.

Breakfast is included in the rates below and will be served in the Lakeside Centre overlooking the Chancellor's Lake on Campus.

We have a variety of payment options available and the rates detailed below are per person and inclusive of VAT, they are also subject to Conference Aston at Aston University's cancellation policy.

When you have submitted your booking form, we will contact you with an invoice and details for how you can make payment. By filling out the form below and selecting submit, you are agreeing to the Aston University and Conference Aston terms and conditions.

How will you be making payment for your accommodation booking?
Bedrooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. 
 
If payment is made by Credit/Debit card a £10 administration charge will apply. American Express cards are not accepted. 
 
Payment will be requested at the current exchange rate for international visitors.
Bedroom Accommodation
All bedroom types are en-suite and non-smoking. Prices are per person, per night and exclusive of VAT.
Lakeside Residences »
All Lakeside Residences are single bedrooms. 
 
Breakfast for the IAFL conference will be available in the Lakeside Centre. 
 
Conference Aston offers hotel standard accommodation in their residential conference centre where double occupancy rates are subject to availability.
