We will send a bill to match your conference package selection and payment option within 4 weeks of submission. If you chose Credit Card payment, this will be processed at the same time as sending your bill.

Please ensure you use the following reference for your payment to allow us to match this with your booking: CL2010 - followed by your initial and surname. All conference fees will be debited from your account and cheques cashed on receipt of your booking form and payment information. You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your payment. Should you incur any additional charges during your stay, please note that those have to be settled on departure. Cheques on departure for additional charges incurred during your stay will only be accepted with a valid cheque guarantee card. If you wish the conference fees to be paid for by your School/Organisation, the full address with contact name must be indicated on the booking form. We also require a purchase order to be attached to allow for invoicing prior to the event, pending satisfactory credit scores by Dun&Bradstreet.
