Cancellation Policy

Cancellations need to be communicated to us in writing and will be charged as below. The date of receipt of your communication will be considered the cut off date.

Conference Packages

For cancellations between 29th May and 25th June 2010 50% refund will be given

For cancellations on or after 26 June 2010, no refund will be given

Hotel Packages

For cancellations before 28th June 2010, a full refund will be given.

For cancellations on or after 28th June 2010, 50% refund will be given.

For cancellations on or after 12th July 2010, no refund will be given.
