General Enquiries
Reception (Ground floor at entrance) if you want to ask about access to the Library, get a visitor’s pass, or for lost property in the Library.
Service Counter (Ground floor) if you want to borrow, return or renew books, collect an item that you have reserved, pay fines or collect an inter-library loan.
Enquiries Desk (Ground floor) if you want assistance with anything from using the photocopiers to researching a topic for your assignment.
