Aston Graduates (Alumni)

As a graduate of Aston University, you are able to apply for retention of your Library membership.

How do I join the library?

You will need to complete a registration form, (also available from the Help desk), and bring two passport sized photographs. We will need to check your status as an Aston graduate with the University Alumni Office. Once complete, your visitor card will be ready for you to collect within one week.  The card will need to be shown to gain access to the Library and for borrowing books.

Is there a charge?

Yes, £30 per year.

Can I borrow books?

Yes, you may borrow a total of 6 books at any one time. (You will not be able to borrow short loan books or journals.) Fines will be charged on overdue books.

Can I access electronic resources?

No

How long does my membership last?

12 months. Renewable on application.
