  • 1 February - Professor James Malone-Lee, Barlow Professor of Geriatric Medicine, University College London
    Overactive bladder, incontinence, cystitis, pelvic pain, interstitial cystitis, urodynamics, pyuria

  • 29 February - Britta Lang, Principal Research Consultant, Transport Research Laboratory
    Is a Traffic Psychologist with a background in transport-related behaviour and culture change. Britta is working with government agencies and the private sector in Britain and abroad on road safety improvements, including different driver groups such as learner and novice drivers, professional drivers and older drivers.

    Her research has focused on the development, implementation and evaluation of road safety interventions, spanning technology solutions such as ADAS or driving simulation, web-based solutions and educational interventions including capacity building.

  • 14 March - Dr Zsuzsanna Nagy, Senior Lecturer, University of Birmingham Medical School
    Dr Nagy’s research interests include the Ageing Process, Alzheimer Disease, Neurodevelopmental Disorders and Parkinson Disease.

    Zsuzsanna’s research focus is in molecular and cell biology, apoptosis/cell cycle, diagnosis, chemistry/pharmacology, clinical trials and drug screening.
