Introduction

Current evidence on the management of tinnitus patients recommends the use of psychological techniques, in particular, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

This 6-day course aims to provide you with an introduction to these skills and an opportunity to practice them in workshops.

These workshops will offer you a basic introduction to CBT theory and practice, building towards a specific workshop on CBT for tinnitus.

Presented by

All workshops will be led by Dr Laurence McKenna, a Consultant Clinical Psychologist (who has written and lectured extensively on CBT for tinnitus) and Dr Jenna Love, Clinical Psychologist, both from the Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital.

Schedule for the 6 day course.
