Aims

Relaxation techniques are proven to provide positive effects on the rehabilitation of Audiology patients. This is a 3 day course aimed at Audiologists, Hearing Therapists and people working with patients with tinnitus, hyperacusis or balance problems. A prior knowledge of relaxation is not required although applicants must have a keen interest in the subject

By the end of the course participants will have begun to develop skills in teaching relaxation to patients which they can continue to develop in practice.

The course covers both theoretical and practical aspects of relaxation and includes:
