There is a very active international  community on campus. There are a number of societies which may be of particular interest to students from Botswana.

Undergraduate

You can apply for Year 1 of an undergraduare degree after 2 years of study at the University of Botswana. 

Postgraduate - Masters

Students who have completed a 4 year Bachelor’s degree at the University of Botswana should be considered for entry onto our Masters degrees. 

If you are applying for finance, engineering or science based subjects, you must have studied a similar field in your undergraduate degree.

There are a number of conversion courses in the Business School which will accept students from any subject background.  

Postgraduate - MBA 

You can come from any subject background, but should have at least a 4 year degree from University of Botswana and a minimum of three years post graduation managerial work experience, as stipulated by the Association of MBA (AMBA) requirements.

Postgraduate - Research 

Each of Aston's Schools of Study has a number of research groups with the potential to host PhD students. Research specialisms include finance, economics, marketing, organisational psychology, bioenergy, knowledge engineering, photonics, languages, biomedical sciences, neurosciences, health sciences and more.
