Undergraduate
Students who have Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC or HSC) / Intermediate Certificate / Diploma of Faculty of Arts / Science (FA / FSc) will be required to complete a recognised Foundation Programme.
For entry to the International Foundation Programme we would require an average 70% and above. Some degree programmes, such as engineering, sciences and languages, require specific subject backgrounds.
Students with two year a Bachelor (Pass) of Arts/Commerce or Bachelor (Pass) in Science can be considered for year one entry. In general applicants should have an average of 60-65% or higher.

Postgraduate - Taught
IApplicants should have a good three year Bachelor of Arts / Commerce (Honours) or Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from a recognised Pakistani university. The specific percentage requirement will vary depending on the course you are applying for at Aston and the Pakistani university from which you have graduated.
Students with a good four year Bachelors (Honours) degree may be considered for Postgraduate Taught programmes.
If you are applying for finance, engineering or science based subjects, you must have studied a similar field in your undergraduate degree.

Postgraduate - MBA
You can apply for the MBA programme with an undergraduate degree, in any subject area, from an overseas institution and a minimum of three years post graduation managerial work experience. You should have a good three year Bachelor of Arts / Commerce (Honours) or Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree, and a Masters degree from a recognised Pakistani university.
Students with a good four year Bachelors (Honours) degree from a recognised Pakistani university may be considered for Postgraduate Taught programmes.

Each of Aston's Schools of Study has a number of research groups with the potential to host PhD students. Research specialisms include finance, economics, marketing, organisational psychology, bioenergy, knowledge engineering, photonics, languages, biomedical sciences, neurosciences, health sciences and more.
