What influenced you to come and study at Aston?
I chose Aston because of its high graduate employment ranking and its good reputation, in particular the Business School’s reputation.
Employment rate for graduates is over 80% which makes me believe that studying at Aston is beneficial for my future and as I will obtain high level of knowledge.
Aston has also got a high student satisfaction rates.
Tell us about your programme of study. Modules, exams, workload, practical experience, study hours/timetable, lecturers, etc.
MSc. In Accounting and Finance. The programme consists of 7 compulsory modules and a Dissertation.

Aims for the future: what do you hope to do when you graduate and how do you think Aston might help you achieve them?
I am inspired to pursue my career in “Teaching” which will let me devote myself the most in the subject and will also give me the opportunity to share my knowledge, views and experience with my colleagues and thousands of students.
Aston is a world renowned university with highest graduate level employability out of London. Moreover, Aston Business School has the Triple Accreditation which is considered extremely valuable among universities all over the World. I believe I can achieve my goal after studying at Aston.
What are the differences between studying at Aston in the UK compared with studying in your home country?
There was no cultural differences while studying at home. In Aston, I can meet different people, different views, and different ways to life.
What is the student mix on your programme like and what have you learned from them?
In my programme, majority of students are Chinese. I will be able to learn different lessons from them and about their culture once the classes starts.
What advice would you offer students from your home country thinking of studying in the UK?
UK serves the best purpose for students. Most of the universities of World Ranking are from UK. However, choosing the best university for a given course is the challenge. If someone successfully chooses the best university for a certain programme, I think s/he might get best out of UK.
