Postgraduate Taught Programmes

Aston welcomes postgraduate Masters applications from candidates offering qualifications equivalent to a good Honours degree from a British University. In general, if you wish to study for a postgraduate degree, you should have the equivalent of a First or Upper Second Class UK Honours degree.

All Applications are made direct to Aston University. You can apply using the University’s postgraduate application form. You should attach transcripts of any qualifications and examinations already taken. If you have studied outside of the UK, transcripts must be translated into English and be certified copies. All applications must also be accompanied by 2 references.

For MBA applications, you must also demonstrate clearly on your application that you have a minimum of 3 years professional /managerial work experience.

Academic Technology Approval Scheme (ATAS) Certificate

Please note that international Masters students in certain science, engineering or technology disciplines may require an Academic Technology Approval Scheme (ATAS) Certificate.

You will require an ATAS Certificate if you are applying for any of the following Masters programmes at Aston University:
