The Student ICT Services Guide is here as a first port of call for when you have a problem with, or need some more information about, one of the services ISA provide.  If you can't find the information you are after please call in at our Helpdesk and let them know.  They will do their best to help you and also make a note that we need to add this to the guide.

New Colour Printers

Three new colour multifunction printers were added to the FollowMe printing system in January 2012.  These device also use the new FollowMe Embedded control which allows you to view, delete and select which documents you want to print directly on the device screen. Replacement of uniCARDs

ISA is currently replacing all student uniCARDs that were issued prior to September 2011. This is to introduce contactless technology, such as that used by the Catering@Aston Touch Pay system. The contactless technology will eventually be used in other areas around the campus and as these are introduced we will keep you updated through the uniCARD web pages of the Student ICT guide.  If your current uniCARD does not show the pink contactless logo on the rear of the card then call into the ISA Helpdesk where we will be happy to replace it free of charge.
