Responsible for managing the very dedicated and professional Partnerships Team whose purpose is to provide support to work based learning programmes. In addition specific responsibilities are the programme administration of the work based distance learning programmes BEng Professional Engineering and MSc Professional Engineering.
Work based learning programmes are becoming firmly established within the School of Engineering & Applied Science and are a growth area. Carol and the Partnerships Team aim to support this growth and assist in providing innovative ways of delivery to students in the workplace, both within the UK and internationally.
Carol has many years’ experience working in education and training both in the private and public sector. She has also worked for organisations such as Advantage West Midlands and the Adult Learning Inspectorate.
Office hours are 08:45 – 17:00, however appointments outside of these hours can be arranged.
