Prof Andrew Ellis and Prof Nic Doran Joined AIPT

Profs Andrew Ellis and Nick Doran who recently joined Aston Institute of Photonic Technologies in EAS, have contributed to the Aston Photonics grant portfolio with four more research projects: EPSRC funded project Wideband Optical Communication Systems Using Phase-Sensitive/Insensitive Fibre Optical Parametric Amplifiers (PI – N. Doran), EU FP7 STREP award DISCUS (N. Doran), EU FP7 STREP awards FOX-C and MODE-GAP(A. Ellis).
